Mix together.

Add the spices, salt, and vinegar and stir. 

Add the chicken bouillion (if using), chicken stock, water, vinegar, and thyme to the mixture. 

Stir in the chicken stock. 

Add the chicken and chicken bouillions, and stir again until the sauce is well combined.

Mix in the vinegar and chicken broth. 

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. 

Make a base for barbecue sauce.

Heat up your sauce by adding a few tablespoons of butter and some water to the pan. 

Cover and let cook for another 10 minutes or so. 

When the sauce starts to thicken, add a few teaspoons of the Worcester’s salt and pepper. 

After 10 minutes, the sauce should be very thick. 

Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the mustard and cayennes. 

 Add some of the chicken broth to the sauce. 

Bring the mixture to a boil. 

Once the sauce has been boiling for 15 to 20 minutes, turn the heat down to medium-low. 

While the sauce thins, mix the chicken, Worcesterns, and coriandes in a large bowl. 

Top with the chopped cabbage, tomato, onion, pepper, and salt. 

Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (180 degrees C). 

Slice the chicken into long thin strips. 

Dip the chicken strips into the sauce and arrange on a baking sheet. 

Take the chicken slices and drizzle the sauce over the chicken. 

Put a couple of tablespoons of the barbecue sauce on each chicken strip. 

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and let the chicken cool. 

To make barbecue sauce: Cook a small amount of sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 

Continue to cook the sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add more sauce if needed. 

Allow to cool completely before using. 

If you prefer, you can drizzle on a sprinkle of caynes or cumin to the sides of the sauce before you use it. 

For side dishes: Combine all ingredients except the vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. 

Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
