It’s called mesquite and it’s made by a company called Shortys.
The barbecued pork shoulder, bacon and jalapeños are all wrapped up in the sauce and served with a hot sauce and ranch dressing.
The sauce is made by adding salt, pepper and garlic to the meat before frying, then adding in a bit of balsamic vinegar, then finally cooking the meat and onions in the hot sauce for 10 minutes.
