Ingredients: 1.5kg (2lb) ground kangaroo (Kong Kangaroo) 1 tbsp soy sauce (or any other sauce) 1 onion, diced 1 carrot, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp sesame seeds 1/4 tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp corianders salt to taste (optional) Directions: Peel and cut the kangaruos into thin slices.
Place in a food processor and pulse until the meat is smooth.
