Why we should all get a barbecue station

A new startup called Leon’s Barbecue Covers has taken up the challenge, which is to put together a small barbeqing station that can be attached to any bar or restaurant.

While the concept is pretty simple, it’s one that’s likely to resonate with a lot of barbecue enthusiasts, who love to go out to restaurants for a good time and don’t mind spending money.

Leon’s chief executive, Scott Wilson, says he wants the company to become “a trusted brand in the community” and help bring back some of the “legacy” that barbecue has in Australia.

“It’s very important for people to get out there and have a good BBQ,” he said.

“For me, it goes back to the barbequing experience and to me, being part of that community, the people that have done it for years and are doing it with me.”

We want to bring back a lot that’s been around over the last 10 or 15 years, the barbecues that we used to do, the barbecue stations, the food trucks, all those things.

“The company was founded in December, and it’s already looking to expand its reach in the future.”

The barbecuing is a huge part of our business, and we want to build on that, but it’s not just about the bar and grill,” Mr Wilson said.
