A man fires a large fire, which he then feeds to chickens in a backyard on a farm in Tennessee, Tennessee.
He uses charcoal to heat the meat and then feeds the birds.
(AP)The man’s chickens, called guinea pigs, are fed the fire meat while he cooks it, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The USDA estimates the chicken meat has about 50 calories and 13 grams of fat per serving.
( AP Photo/Matt Rourke )The USDA says the USDA says guinea pig meat is one of the most nutritious meats for people.
The meat is rich in vitamin C, calcium, and phosphorus, and has less cholesterol and is less likely to be processed into trans fats.
Guinea pig can be eaten raw, grilled, or fried.
The food is sometimes cooked with onions, tomatoes, or garlic.
The meat is also served on sandwiches, in salads, and wrapped in cheese, and served with fried potatoes.
A chicken can be roasted or fried in butter or oil to make it more palatable, but the USDA recommends not frying it.
